He provides Upstream Petroleum Advisory and Consulting across the Middle East and the Caspian region by leveraging across a network of Middle East industry contacts. He earned his Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering from University of Oklahoma, followed by intensive professional training at Halliburton Energy Institute in Duncan, Oklahoma. Over the past 15 years he has held senior management positions in Oilfield Service and Drilling sectors in UAE, Qatar & Saudi Arabia and lives in Bahrain.

Over the past 10 years he has managed drilling and OFS operations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iran and Bahrain and lives in Dubai.

Mr. Vaughn earned Bachelors in Arts from University of Arkansas. Over the past 15 years he has held logistics and support positions in Oilfield Service and Drilling sectors in the former Soviet States and lives in Houston, Texas and Baku, Azerbaijan.

Bio: Guy Goodwin has 28 years of diversified career in change management, drilling operations and performance optimization. He has worked in the North Sea, West Africa, Middle East & Far East Operations working on Semi Submersibles, Jack-ups, Swamp Barges, Platforms and Land Rig Operations. Over the past 10 years, he has held management positions in drilling and well service operations in Oman, Ukraine, and Saudi Arabia, and lives in Bahrain.
